CO2
Pilot - Beverage Carbonation
Here's How It Works
Data2-U has developed the CO2 Pilot
system that is easily installed on existing or new bev-carb
tanks.
It
accurately transmits tank data to your customized web site.
Detailed easy-to-view equipment screens allow you
to read tank levels, monitor usage trends, and evalutate
number of days until a tank is empty for a single tank, single
location,
region, truck route, or in total. View truck route planning
reports, inventory reports, delivery driver monitoring reports,
and plan routes with the Route Scheduling System.
Information can
be viewed from anywhere at anytime on your internet browser.
The system is easil installed by slipping the sensor module on
the bev-carb tank, connecting a 110VACF power and a telephone
line -- NO calibration or dedicated telephone line is required.
The CO2 Pilot tracks levels and changes similar to the magnetic
ring sensor. Four LED lights replace site glass indicate for
local viewing.
Take Action
When It's Needed
Data2-U Internet services provide
the avility to set trigger messages on any parameter including
low tank volumes. The alarm conditions can be relayed via e-mail,
pager or phone to your employees, customers, and supplier.
Services
CO2
Pilot system will transmit data at a scheduled time once daily
for the cost of a local phone call.
The
CO2 Pilot is ready to accept an optional internal tank pressure
and/or line pressure switch, which will send instant alarm
messages when a critical pressure drops below a set point.
The
CO2 Pilot automatically dials out after a de-bounce
waiting period and will also transmit once the alarm is cleared.
The web service includess a customized
site that presents data by tank, location, customer, region,
route, or any other grouping desired. These groupings can easily
be changed or added to by the authorized users. In addition, interface
programming for existing logistics planning systems is also offered.
CO2 Pilot telemetry system not only
provides inventory levels, bu tthe data can be used to plan efficient
truck routes. Data2-U Services incorporate non-telemetry sites
into route management reports for a nominal cost, therefore,
a cost-saving, comprehensive Route Delivery System is provided
for pennies a day.
Many reports are available for in
managing your costs and profits.
